This store is a joke had second chance lottery drawing every time you buy $10 worth ticket you was get slip put ya name on I spend alot money buying ticket but have time I didn't get a slip which so wrong and then they put box out front for anybody take name out which should been behind counter for safe keeping ..will never step back in this store no more it sad they let street people hang out front of store it look bad and total not safe for customers..

Cash app allows you to load your account via stores like go mart and dollar general. Don’t go to this go mart if you need to have them do any services like this, because it requires the cashier to have half a brain cell, and there is a cashier here who doesn’t have that brain cell to use. Treated me like a scammer when I asked him to scan the bar code to load money into my own cash app account, and then he told the other cashiers not to provide this service to me either. He spoke as if we was the manager, but today, the manager was actually there as well. When the manager explained to this person that there was no problem with me loading cash into my cash app here, he managed a huge bad attitude, and pretended that he was getting errors on his register when he scanned the bar code. Finally, I gave up and walked to the dollar general across the street, who loaded it with no problem. Being treated like a criminal for trying to load money into my own cash app was not a good experience, and I felt singled out and discriminated against. I do not recommend this store, go to the Go-Mart 6 blocks from here, as they have much better customer service, better attitude, and they know how to provide the financial services that they are supposed to. Management; please take care of this issue, and your very “special” cashier with the bad attitude who treats customers who ask for normal services as criminals when they are doing nothing wrong!

42 years I have lived in Dunbar. When FasChek was Dollar General across the street.Never once have I been denied bathroom usage.Today sinks a new low for Dunbar. Guess it is time for me to move my fanily away from this city.The same city my Grandma taught many of you out there in Math In highschool.This is probably the saddest review I have ever written.

One of your employees Katrina decided to attempt to assault a pregnant lady in the parking lot yesterday. If it wasnt for her friend who works with her physically picking her up and carrying her away, gomart would have had ONE HELL OF A LAWSUIT. The employees at this gas station are a disgrace.

If your employees are gonna try fighting PREGNANT women in the parking lot, maybe they should do it when not working. Katrina should 100% get fired. She did it infront of camera’s, customers, and my friends. If gomart doesn’t do anything, further action WILL BE TAKEN.

Current workers cool, But God forbid anyone to apply to this place. Everyone wonders why everyone is so unfriendly working here? It's because the upper management above the manager treats employees lower than trash. You could work your hardest and work on all your days off and still get kicked to the curb. You have a better chance of seeing Jesus than having a good job here. Go to McDonald's at least it will be straight at what your getting there.

It's sad go into store have a worker sit out side and smoke e smoke not having any respect for customers coming in then come in smell pot smell in the store this isn't same good go mart like old days

I set outside every day waiting on my son 10-15min. & in that short timeframe at least 2-3 people go in with no masks, although it is mandatedThey are welcomed & waited on, will stop going bc of this & tell everybody I know to do the same

Went to this store after walk-in hours... So I simply rang the bell and I was then ignored completely by the cashier for 5 mins without a simple greating letting me know it may take her a minute. So I rang the bell once more thinking maybe the cashier was stocking the cooler and couldn't hear me. So at that time the cashier comes to the window with a terrible attitude ,totally rude and said "I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME " . ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! This was at 11:30pm at the dunbar location on 16th street on November 27th 2020. I would understand if she was busy but apparently she was too busy doing nothing to take care of 1 single customer in a 5 minute period !!!!!!!!!! Seriously considering calling corporate office on this hag!

I don't know why God chooses to mascaraed as the former assistant manager at Dunbar Go Mart, but he does. He is all powerful, and sometimes he holds the door for me when he is on his smoke break, which is clearly of paramount importance.Currently I am on a canned Pepsi kick.Sometimes they don't have canned Pepsi. In the event that they don't have canned Pepsi, I simply drive the three blocks east down to the other Go Mart which always has canned Pepsi.

It's not particularly the friendliest gas station around but they are pretty quick. If you're going to pick a gas station for speedy service in Dunbar, go to this Go Mart. If you'd prefer genuine employees that treat you like a normal human being go to the one on Dunbar Ave. (Although that one is much, much slower. As far as cleanliness, meh, not really much of that either.
