I hate to leave a bad review because the lady was really nice but I don't wish for anyone to have the experience I had. I asked her if she was familiar with biracial hair before hand and told her I was nervous about bleach on my roots ... she did it anyways... I let her know when it was burning.... she went in on my hair with no plan no strategy and no technique at all was provided the color placement was tacky and spotty and did not flow which is what a balayage mostly does... I did go to another salon in Charleston immediately afterwards and was told it would cost $250.00 to correct what she had done... I almost paid it but out of fear from what had just happened at Carla's I decided to continue to do my own hair for the rest of my life time. I asked for a balayage with blonde or caramel tones and got this instead she quoted me 75 for the color and 18 or something for the crooked trim which I just let her keep the whole 20$ so I could leave... also I think she knew she messed up cause she invited her friend Donna over to sit and "hang out" after she blew my hair out and Donna is the best kind of friend cause she kept trying to convince me that it looked good and was pretty Lmfao ... don't quit ur day job Donna but I do respect your loyalty to ur friend. ❤️

Carla is absolutely amazing. Having naturally curly hair you are afraid to try someone new.I felt at ease with her and I was completely satisfied with my color and hair cut and style.I had my hair done Tuesday and I was happy once again.
