Reserved a space online two days ago, got a message today, then a message from my sister who was listed as the emergency contact. My sister tells me the woman was aggressive. The message says it's URGENT. Not sure how I can have an urgent matter with an storage space I haven't put anything in yet. So called Diana back. She immediate lights into me about some nonsense, I can't understand what she's talking about, but then she seems to realize she thought I was someone else. I tell her I don't need this kind of interaction over a storage space and that I want to cancel and want a refund. She says she doesn't know about that but will call me. I tell her to use email. She says the phone is easier for her. I tell her email is easier for me and then say "goddamn" in frustration and disbelief. She tells me I "WILL NOT CUSS AT HER" and hangs up. Now I gotta figure out how to get my money back and find a new storage space by tomorrow. Stay away from this place!

this company is terrible!! they lie to me every sed me saying i owed oct...nov...and dec...and i paid it i snapped a pic of my receipt...then she says oh we waived those months no...i paid it do you not see my receipt!! then she threatened to auction my things again for be 4 days late for february 2022 and kept herrassing me during me and my kids had covid 3 times i told her she said so what!!!! nasty mean hateful company!!! in dunbar nasty!!!

We are moving out of our unit and the further back into the unit we get the more signs of mice are coming to light. They made nests in my daughters dolls hair, chewed holes through boxes and clothing and mouse droppings everywhere. Do not use this storage unit!!

Our storage unit was broken into and robbed and they did not contact us about it. They put a new lock on it but didn't secure the lock. We lost thousand of dollors worth of tools and sentimal music equipment. I will never recommendthis co.

So I put an offer in on a new home. The offer was accepted today! I went to my storage unit to start going through what I wanted to take to our new home and what I did not want to take. First box we pull out and load into my truck. We drove less than a half mile back to my apartment and a mouse popped out of the box. It chewed through some of my beanies and a quilt!!! Also since March they have been pulling the wrong amount out of my auto pay. Every month since then I have been calling or texting and then they do correct it. Last month the girl who told me the wrong amount because I stopped auto pay said I was charged a different amount as a late fee!! If I was auto pay how can I ever be late??? I would've left the unit when the false charges continued but we did not want to move our things twice when we were looking for a home. I guess I should've done so, maybe I would still have my beanies and my quilt!! I am so nervous about going back to it to move my things out. I am scared of what else has been chewed up and can no longer be used!!! Do not use this storage unit!!!!

Do not use this facility! I paid close to $400 per month for a five month period for 2 climate controlled storage units. At the end of the 5 months, when my furniture was removed from the unit, mouse droppings were found on my couch and 2 chairs. The arm of the couch and the cushioning of a chair had been chewed into. Mouse droppings were discovered all over the storage unit floor as well as a dead mouse in a trap outside of the unit floor. I was unable to place the furniture in my new home until I had Stanley Steemer to clean it for me. Insurance was not offered to me until the 4th month of my 5 month storage period. When I asked to meet with the Regional Manager to discuss all of this, she refused. And, after I sent her pictures of the damage done, I never received as much as an apology. I'm sure there are other companies in Charleston who would have handled this in a much better way! Stay away from this company! I would never recommended them to anyone!
