Went there to upgrade my device to s23 ultra. The guy was nice swaped everything easy peasy and was out pretty quick and haven't had any issues with my phone. My cousin bought same phone went to two different boost mobile stores (patrick st and south Charleston) dealt with 1 rude employee at one and being overcharged in the end 3 days later her Sim card stopped working so she'll probably have to go to another boost mobile and pay another $25 to get her phone fixed because boost tells her she needs a new card...... males me think I only want to deal with Dunbar boost instead!

I want to give it no stars .. My service is horrible. They told me at the beginning of the month my Plan was the old plan in order to fix it they would have to double pay them. How does that make any kind of sense I've been with these people for 15 years and their services trash

I recommend boost mobile service, but not the local stores. Three of them in my area St. Albans, South Charleston, and Dunbar, WV all have poor customer service. No one aswers the phones when calling the stores. One did answer and said I can check my other stores for what you are looking for if you want to call back later. She should have taken my name and number and called me back. Another location I went to two different times and both times he has told me what I am looking will be on the truck. Both times they still didnt have it. I want to stay local, but these 3 locations seems like they do not want the business. Have to do better.

Great place! Super friendly, knowledgeable sales associates. The store is very clean and smells good inside. I think its so much better dealing with friendly people if I have an issue. Even if it doesn't get fixed, the whole experience was good overall. Will definitely go back to this store in the future.

Everytime I need to pay my bill at this location, the store isn't open. I've gone at different times of the day with the same result. The store isn't stocked very well at all. I got my son a phone and we were lucky to find a case for it. The boost by the town center mall is great the employees are on top of answering your questions and helping you find what you need. Will only use the town center location from now on.

I love Boost Mobile and I have it for my family's phone service. The reason I give this particular location a low rating, cause I went in to get some questions answered, some help with a couple issues and I walked out having more issues than I started with. First off, the guy that runs it comes in whenever he wants, not according to the hours on the door. As the first day, I waited for an hour after it waa open according to the hours on the door and still no one was there to open up the store. The next day I waited till later to come and he was out to lunch and the sign on the door said back in 30, so I shopped at another store, an hour and 15 min later he finally comes with a crowd of people waiting. He then told me he couldn't help me and I was to call customer service, well isn't that what he's there for? So I went to the Boost store by the town center and I explained my issue and that man had everything fixed and ready in less than 15 min. So whoever the guy at this store is, he could care less about helping and is rude and comes and goes as he sees fit, so I will not ever go back to this store again and I did call customer service and gave a report on him and this store. I now do my Boost business at another location. This place just looking for sales so he can get a commission. He shouldn't even have a job with boost.

Store was so hot. Staff wasn't helpful at all. Things that they can do in store associate said they couldn't. Prices are not the same as online.
