“This place was so super helpful! I walked in having trouble with a loose piece of plastic behind my bumper. The sales associate (I believe Justin) searched and tried to fit several pins to keep the plastic in place. Finally, he said that the store didn't carry the correct size I needed, but insisted to help by zip tying the loose plastic to my bumper. He was flat on his back looking under my car trying to fix it for me. Never in my life have I experienced such genuine and sincere service. I will most definitely continue to go here for help in the future!”

“I discovered today my Subaru Impreza takes an unusual wiper blade. I had been to two other places prior to O’Reillys, only to be turned away being told I couldn’t even order a set. I was greeted by Scott when I walked in. He said he didn’t have the wiper blades I needed but he could have them in the store within two hours and that’s exactly what he did! I took my car back and he installed them for me two hours later and I am one very happy customer! Thank you Scott for your exceptional customer service! O’Reillys beats their competitors hands down and will be my first stop from now on!”

“Recently purchased a Rzr from Matt, and I can honestly say this has been the smoothest vehicle (very expensive toy) purchase experience in my life. No BS, tricks, or schemes that literally every other Polaris (car dealers apply too) dealer I've worked with in the past, try to pull.I don't believe the words "honest" and "dealer" have ever been used in the same sentence before. But Gravely Polaris is the single exception.To boot, Matt's knowledge on Polaris vehicles is mind blowing. In other words, "Matt is the service manual".Trina was also of great assistance finalizing a complicated out of state deal, the communication was outstanding as well.I live 3.5hrs away and will never buy another Polaris machine from anyone other than the team at Gravely.”
