First time ever taking a vehicle to this place, dropped off the car to be diagnosed at 9 am. At 12 pm they had still yet to put it on the racks and check what was causing vibration around curves. I called back at 2 pm and they said it would be another 2 hours before anyone could look at it, I told them its really important its fixed because I was going out of town the next day. They called 14 minutes later and said the transmission is going bad.. ( it's never slipped or acted up in anyway) I said you checked the tires, rods, wheel barring, roaders, ball joints? They said yes. So in 14 minutes they somehow managed to pull it in, take tires off, check all options and call me and say its ready to be picked up its the transmission. I reply well what is it exactly in the transmission? Does it need replaced or can it be repaired? " oh we don't work on transmissions sir" Took my car right down the road to Dubas Auto in Williamson and he found the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. Transmission had nothing to do with it. Would not recommend this place to diagnose any problem you may have with a vehicle. Hope you have a better experience but I will drive past this place to take my vehicle elsewhere.

Great place never sends you out of there without fixing your problem. Now Richard and Mike is just out for your money. When u go to Richard or Mike you will have to return with the problems you went to have fixed not done right. Joe Evans is the best around
