You get a guided tour through the mountain side and into such a beautiful forest. It's stunning and breathtaking. The guides are very friendly and will tell you facts about different things. I highly recommend.

My wife and I were staying at Golden Anchor Cabins for her 50th birthday. Our little get away minutes from here. She really wanted to go on a ride . We met Courtney on a Thursday. Super nice .. very welcoming . Booked our reservation for the following day. The next day we had our ride. Our guide was Abby and her sweet doggy Nyla joined us . The horses were amazing. I rode Soldier and my wife rode Sissy. Abby was excellent to us. Very knowledgeable and handled the horses like a pro. The scenic ride through the meadows and woods were relaxing. We will definitely be coming back . 5 stars all the way!!

A couple friends and I had a great time with Kelsey leading the ride. We saw deer, hawks, and butterflies. The views were wonderful and the horses were very tame.

The kids and adults in our group loved the sand mining! We found colirful rocks, fossil teeth and an Arrowhead.

Second time visiting this spot. Horses are lovely but trail ride was unfortunately a disappointment this time— big group, didn’t get to ride near my kid (who was riding for the first time) and zero narration by the guides (including to my 6yo who was effectively riding by himself!). Also, outside of the control of the company, but nearby skeet shooting really impacted the vibe with loud regular shots audible throughout our entire ride. On plus side, the gem mining is fun for little kids and pony rides very sweet for littles.

The staff is very friendly and amazing with kids and explained everything throughly. The horses are gentle he ride and scenery was awesome. I would highly recommend it.

Not safe! My saddle slipped and I fell off. I am still going to the doctor's for my injuries. The guide told me I would have to walk or get back on the horse. I got back on the horse because I knew I couldn't walk. The pain was horrible in the way back to the barn. They kept reminding me I signed a waiver.

The horses were great but the guides could have been a little nicer. It was my granddaughters first ride by herself. She was right behind the guide and the guide did not say one word the entire ride. We had a group of 11 family members and they liked it but the guides could have made it much better ?

Horse rides through the hills during peak foliage change in the fall. It was quite an experience. Highly recommend.

Sleigh broke as soon as we got on it, trip canceled. Will try again, love the idea of sleigh rides.
