I have never had a good experience at the pharmacy. They would make me wait. Or have a attitude. Leave me on hold forever. Now the front part of the store they are awesome and friendly. But not in the pharmacy part.

I have lived in Cross Lanes for 60 years and when Walgreens went in, it was my go to place for almost everything. The last few years, it has gone down hill and service continues to decline. It is very convenient but I am switching my RX now to other pharmacies. Walgreens is now an ABC store and NOTHING else.

Horrible experience with first time I used the pharmacy. The girl lied to me about why it wasn’t ready then was rude when I caught her up in it. I understand things happen, just be honest with me. The manager of the store was nice and offered to make it right, but I’m going back to Kroger pharmacy

Avoid Using This Pharmacy At All Costs! Heed The Rating, And Save Yourself The Trouble!
I've lived in Cross Lanes for over a year now, and likewise have been using this pharmacy. There's Many, Many Reasons, but I'll list a few for consideration.
This Pharmacy has been understaffed ever since, and it shows because every time I have a prescription filled there, it's a minimum of a 4 hour wait, and usually 6 hours. Also, a majority of the time, the drive thru is 5-8 cars long, which is a minimum of a 30 minute wait. Just to name a couple understaffed issues.
I've also ran into, what I think are simple problems, with refilling my medications, often, that the pharmacists should be able to easily fix, (from my experience with other pharmacy's) but for some reason or another, you usually have to call, and then call again, between them and your doctor, to sort things out. Idk what it is about this pharmacy, and if all the lazy staff get sent to this particular one, or what, but just trust the Google reviews and avoid this particular pharmacy. Now I will say that there is a Couple of Very Compassionate staff here, that will do things like, fix whatever issues that may be, and apologize for whatever happened(which is usually either a fault of the unexperienced staff, or the lazy staff ignoring, or not trying to fix problems that may be with your medication).
I have also experienced unprofessionalism from the staff, and have listened to one particular staff member talk about her sex life while waiting inside to pick up medication. (because of said issue with drive thru waiting times).
Now I can continue to name reasons why you should avoid this pharmacy, but I think I've stated enough facts, without being biased and saying "the staff are rude, etc".
Just go ahead cvs do yourself a favor, drive the extra 10-15 minutes to another pharmacy, because it's not worth the problems you seem to run into, every other time you use this pharmacy.
My last straw was yesterday and today, when the pharmacy was "temporarily closed due to an emergency", (which was most likely due to them being understaffed) when I was supposed to pick up medication that I Have to have, or I will not only go into withdrawals, but will also experience seizures without it. And I didn't receive a courtesy call or anything about them closing, or a reason as to why, I only found out that they were temporarily closed when I went to pick up my medication.

Some of the rudest people I’ve ever met in my life. I’m always patient and polite, even though I have to sit in the drive thru for an hour. I guess I’ll start being rude, too.

I don't know about the store but the pharmacy staff is horrible. Not once have I went there & everything went smooth. Then they get mad when you you express frustration.

This pharmacy is to busy to give customer service or pick up your prescriptions in a timely manner. After four weeks of waiting for a medication refill, as of today Walgreens still isn't able to give me any information as to when it would be available. I finally called my physician and had them call the medication into another pharmacy. NO ONE CAN GO 4 WEEKS WITHOUT A MEDICATION A DOCTOR PRESCRIBED FOR YOUR HEALTH. After 13 days this same Walgreens could not fill a simple prescription of Potassium ordered by my Nephrologist. If they are that busy that people can't get medications within a 24 hour period then Corporate needs to look into what the problem is within this location. Are all Walgreens this hectic and crazy? I told the woman assisting me, that this isn't acceptable and I will be finding another pharmacy. I hate it because this is the closest pharmacy to where I have moved. I think I will contact corporate because maybe, it will help someone else to not have to go through what I have and worry about their health because this pharmacy is obviously understaffed or not knowledgeable enough to make sure their clients have the medications required to remain healthy.

Slower than molasses!!! No reason to sit in a drive-thru with only 4 cars for over an hour!!! They need more employees. One cashier working a counter and a window during busy hours is unacceptable.

I don't understand why they even bother having 2 front registers yet the only person able to help is in photo. That is extremely inconvenient.

Customer service is horrible. Insurance refused to pay for a medicine I’ve been on three years and all Walgreens did was call leave an automated voicemail saying there was issue. I call and was told they do nothing with it I needed to call my Dr. The next day I do that. Walgreens calls leaves a message medicine is ready. It was the old prescription they filled! I left them a few years ago and came back because of PEIA, I’ll be looking at another pharmacy. I had issues with them taking forever to fill meds before. AVOID them as they are not compassionate and have horrible customer service.
