This pharmacy is to busy to give customer service or pick up your prescriptions in a timely manner. After four weeks of waiting for a medication refill, as of today Walgreens still isn't able to give me any information as to when it would be available. I finally called my physician and had them call the medication into another pharmacy. NO ONE CAN GO 4 WEEKS WITHOUT A MEDICATION A DOCTOR PRESCRIBED FOR YOUR HEALTH. After 13 days this same Walgreens could not fill a simple prescription of Potassium ordered by my Nephrologist. If they are that busy that people can't get medications within a 24 hour period then Corporate needs to look into what the problem is within this location. Are all Walgreens this hectic and crazy? I told the woman assisting me, that this isn't acceptable and I will be finding another pharmacy. I hate it because this is the closest pharmacy to where I have moved. I think I will contact corporate because maybe, it will help someone else to not have to go through what I have and worry about their health because this pharmacy is obviously understaffed or not knowledgeable enough to make sure their clients have the medications required to remain healthy.

Slower than molasses!!! No reason to sit in a drive-thru with only 4 cars for over an hour!!! They need more employees. One cashier working a counter and a window during busy hours is unacceptable.

I'm not someone who typically writes reviews, but I'm making an exception. A person's medications are important. Maybe me sharing my negative experiences will help prevent others from having similar ones. I've been using this pharmacy since moving to the area last year. Not once have I been able to just order and pick-up a refill. Every time there has been some sort of issue or mistake. Insurance not being billed correctly, if at all. Items not being provided. Disputes over when certain refills are due. Delays without explanation. When the mistakes have been pointed out or issues have been questioned, the staff have become defensive and pointed in their responses. I know we're all human, and I'm by no means perfect in my job or any other aspect of life. For that reason, I believe in giving others the benefit of the doubt and have stuck with them. I told myself when my previous refills came due that I'd give it one more try. I ordered my refills last night and sure enough, today, there's some inexplicable error preventing me from picking up my medicine. The app said to call the pharmacy as two Rx's were delayed. I did so. The person I spoke with was rude and didn't answer my questions outside of "We're working on it". Meanwhile, I don't have the medication that I need. Enough is enough. I'll be switching pharmacies today.

Disappointing hours on this Pharmacy. The people are nice but their hours are not good and no one knows the hours. At first i was told they were open till 9 sat, showed up and they closed at 6. Was told they open back up at 9AM Sunday. Last chance before a long trip and they don't open till 10. This place took over for the rite aid across the street and has been going down hill ever since.

Cross Lanes WV..... Customer service is horrible in the pharmacy. It was going to take 24 hours for a prescription to be filled, I had it sent to Kroger's and literally 10 minutes later it was ready (and cheaper). It is nearly impossible to get someone in the store pharmacy to talk to you on the phone as I called 5 times for 2 hours and was just placed on hold then disconnected (it goes to a call center). Worst pharmacy ever. Save your time and go elsewhere.

TIP: Order your photos online and schedule a pickup on the same day even for enlargements I have to be honest, I only use Walgreens when they give me a FREE 8x10 enlargement. I don't like the store for every day shopping. I have not found ONE YET with pleasant employees. But, if they are going to give me a FREE enlargement valued at $3.99 plus taxes for FREE..then I will accept it. Will I shop here for any future purchases, nah....too many other places with friendly employees to spend my money. In Cross Lanes alone, there is two other places I can name off the top of my head and one is across the road.

The entrance from the road is very limiting. Its near an intersection, but I feel like they need another point of entry. I showed up right as they were closing on Thanksgiving. They were sitting right inside the doors with all the lights bright as can be chit chatting with no clear indication that they had just closed. It was very annoying. At least turn your damn outside lights off, slackers. I'll stick to the Rite Aid across the street.
