The inconvenience my household has faced with this business is immeasurable. The employees are incredibly rude and greedy. A "convenience fee" is charged if you pay on line, which immediately gets rid of any convenience that could be applied. They commonly use the excuse of being a "small business" to act the way they do. It does not matter how small you are, as a small business owner myself, you can still make a decision to be kind to people. This business does not, and have chosen to be a force hurting those, like my family, with no vehicle or want to interact with such disgusting people. They are lucky to receive any money from me, but unfortunately I need to eat and shower.

Worst company you could ever have contact with. These guys need to be shut down immediately!!!

This is the only utility, protected by government most abhorrent, that charges 3 1/2% to make an online payment. If you make a payment by cash at their payment office, the thick glass between you and the obstinate employee says it all. These are not good people. Get bent.

I don’t understand why the lowest they can charge me per month is 49.00. We have a well so they can’t go off what our water bill would be but if they checked around they would find out two seniors in a household don’t use very much water at all!!!!!!!!!!
