I had the best life-changing experience at the Palm salon and spa. I had my eyebrows microbladed. Not only do they look phenomenal, she was very professional, clean and personable. It's amazing to NOT have to get up every single day and do them and the years it took off my face is crazy.

I took my 11y/o daughter in to see Baylee at The Palm Salon & Spa. She is an absolute gem! Her expertise in spa treatments is evident from the moment you sit in her chair. Not only does she have exceptional skills, but her warm demeanor creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Highly Recommend!

BE SURE TO READ THIS REVIEW!! I have never posted a review in my life. But in this case, I really feel that I should let others know what I went through at the Palm salon. I went in for a cut and color. Tammy pushed their hair extensions. So I decided to go ahead and put in one layer, Cost $700!! Tammy went on, saying that the second layer is better. I said, I'm going to lunch to think about it, I'll be back. Tammy said that I should put deposit because they only had one row left of my color. I put down $350. When I got home I decided that one layer was good enough. Here's where the problem begins. I went back to the salon 45 minutes later, told Brook the cashier that I did not want the second layer, and to refund my card. Brook said no I can't do that, but I can issue a credit. OK, What else am I left to do? But keep credit of $350. Six weeks later I used up $175 on a root touch up. When done I went to the counter to pay Brook & told Brook that I wanted to go ahead and put in the second row of hair. Brook said a deposit was needed. At that time I had the money so I paid it in full. She charged my card $700. dollars. When I seen that I told her that I still had a credit of $175. and asked why she did not deduct that from the $700. Brook said let me go ask Tamy, she came back and said that Tammy said NO. And that $175. was for a different appointment, that I never made. My response was, " no it was to put in hair extensions, that were never put in." She responded NO, I'm sorry we don't give refunds. I told her it would be fair if they mention that somewhere in the salon, maybe at the counter? OK fine, I'll be back at a later date when you get the extensions in. After a couple of months, I had some issues with my teeth and had to have major oral surgery. When I got out of surgery, my entire mouth and head hurt something terrible. I contacted Tammy, asked if she could please take out my extensions because the weight was making it worse. Her response was NO, you'll have to make an appointment to come in and have your hair done. Which was three months away!! I was in tears pleading to her, please make an exception I'm in so much pain. I asked, "maybe one of the other girls could do it." I do not want to hair appointment, I just want the extensions taken out. Tammy just responded NO, and said, " I have to go and hung up on me. " My husband eventually took the extensions out. 7 months went by and All my oral surgeries done and healed. I called Palm salon, made an appointment to have my roots done , that's all the time I had. And to talk to Tammy about putting extentions back in along with the second row. Now when Tammy was done coloring my roots. Tammy put in an entire different color in my hair. I had been a platinum blonde for some time. Tammy put in a much darker color with platinum streaks. I asked Tammy why it was so dark and she said that she needed to do that to make my hair look good? That made no sense, till Tammy pulled out what she said was new hair extensions, "they just so happen to be the color she put in my hair. " wth? I said to Tammy, I showed you my hair extensions I had in and said I wanted to put in a second row next time. Her response was, your hair is too dark now. Omg!! I'm getting really frustrated at this point. I said never mind, no I don't want those new extensions. I don't even like the color you put in. I went to the register where Brook, gave me my total. I told her that I had a credit and to please put it towards that. She then told me... here's the whopper! that I no longer had a credit!! Because it took me too long to come back to the salon. I could not believe what I was hearing. I told her no, you're not going to just screw me out of $875. She said let me ask Tammy, Tammy came out and said to me. No, I'm sorry you were gone too long. And that credit is no longer valid. I said," none of this is stated anywhere in this salon!!!" And that this wasn't right!! W

Tammy and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. I brought my teenage daughter there for hair extensions. She had suffered from some medical issues and her hair is in the process of growing out. I wasn’t sure if it would be long enough to even do anything with. We booked a consultation with Tammy and from the moment we met her we were both so at ease with her kindness and knowledge. We booked the appointment and Tammy did an amazing job. Her hair looks exactly like it did before she suffered her hair loss. I cannot thank Tammy and the rest of the staff enough for their amazing work and the compassion they showed towards my daughter. Thank you once again for everything.Service: Hair extensions
