“I called last minute on a Friday because of having major problems with Pure Moving & Storage LLC (a moving company I was using). They decided they were going to move my items here a week before they were supposed to. I couldn't get into my home yet, so I had to find a storage unit that was tractor trailer accessible and I only had 40 minutes (after they told me they already left with my stuff) to find one before they closed, as most storage units hours were until 5pm on Friday.”

“My husband and I used AAA Mini Storage when we moved. The house we were moving out of was very small, so as we packed stuff up, we stored it to get it out of the way. The owners, Brandon and Erica, make sure the units are available during most hours of the day, which was very convenient, especially when I picked up a few pieces of furniture at an estate sale that we didn't have room for in the old house. They keep the facility clean and it's well-managed. I called other storage facilities in the area that didn't answer their phone, so I left messages, and only one other place even returned my call, but they were more expensive. Only AAA actually answered their phone when I called, every time I called. If we move again (Heaven forbid!), AAA will get our business again.”

“We had an urgent need to find a storage unit. We live out of town so I did an online request on a Sunday. I immediately got a confirmation email. I followed up with a phone call around noon on a Sunday and someone picked right up and answered all of my questions. The next morning I received a call from the manager at the Cross Lanes, WV location, Pete Gaydosz. We talked about the facility and how the lock code boxes work, the hours, etc., and he answered all of my questions. He even offered to sell me two locks for the price of one since we ended up having to rent two of the smaller units. Pete is an awesome manager and is doing a fantastic job taking care of his customers. What a wonderful experience!!! I highly recommend!!!”
