Maybe you need to change your closing time online and make a few signs updating the closing time. I rushed there to grab some medication over the counter at 10:45 pm only to be told by a night worker that this was changed months ago and closing time is now 10:00 pm not 11:00 pm. Looking online and on here it still states 11:00pm. Highly Upset not only was I not feeling well but wasn't able to get any medication either after driving down there so late!!! Otherwise I've always shopped here and will continue

Thank you for requiring unvaccinated staff to wear masks! Please make sure the vendors are also following this rule!! It is important to keep children and those who truly cannot get vaccinated safe. Good job!

No problem with Kroger in the past. On small purchases, I prefer to use Cash. Last week, I was told I had to have the correct change. The store no longer has or gives back change. I was told I could have change put on Kroger card or give to the store for donations. How does this business have the right to refuse to give me my money?? There’s no way to know how much change you need. According to US Mint there is NO coin shortage!! It’s a logistics problem. However, All other businesses seem to have change. The fast food, small businesses, etc don’t seem to have the problem. Trying to force customers to use plastic only. I now don’t shop Kroger or any business not having change!!!!

Sadly this store has gone downhill over the years. Variety has been compromised by "Kroger" brands and others have just gone by the wayside. It's kind of like a convenience store on steroids. Produce is often borderline with expiration dates. Meat section is very average. Deli is understaffed. Staff though are above average in friendliness and helpfulness. In the past I did 95% of my grocery shopping here now it's about 15%. Better options within 7 miles including other Kroger stores.

Trying to force Kroger Brand products on people. Have quit stocking United Milk, they do not have Bordon or Broughton either. Very little selection on block cheeses other than Kroger Brand.

Poor service in the deli. Store stock is not what it use to be.
