My appointment was at 10:30. I waited an hour and a half to see my tax preparer he was with another client. There was only one tax specialist that was working that day. I don't blame him but either they need to hire more tax preparers or spread out enough time between appointments to not have people waiting such long periods of time. There was no one there to check me in when I got there. A man showed up after I had been there awhile and checked me in.
