The workers are always knowledgeable and quick to help. I was a day past my 15 day return period and the employee let it slide. This is my son's go-to game shop in the Kanawha Valley. If the workers don't know something, then they are quick to find out and let you know. It's always clean inside also. There's virtually nothing worth complaining about.

Employees need to be trained on customer service at this location AND the RHL blvd. location. Do not buy the used controllers we have gotten 2 that did not work or charge at all. RHL blvd was out so I had to exchange at this location, only to be treated poorly and ended up with another bad controller. Took that one back to RHL blvd to just get a new one. Was told even though I was buying a new one with the 2yr protection that if it did not work that they would replace it but with a used one and to bring it back within a day. I’m sorry but I think this will be the last time I renew my pro membership and purchase from GameStop. Employees at both locations are rude and what is the point on purchasing the protection when you’ll end up with a used one that doesn’t work.

Wasted my gass 4 days in a row for them to be closed, when they're supposed to be open. Checked online each time and it says open. I mean it should obviously be open at 2pm. Right? During MK1 pre-orders at that, good luck getting your codes for friday. Much appreciated.

The first GameStop I went to didn't have anything we were looking for so the employee told me the other store which was 20 minute drive had it but didn't tell me that they already closed so I drove all the way up there for no reason then my wife took my son there the next day to trade into games so you could get a new one and they wouldn't let her trade in the games without her ID and wouldn't hold the doors open for 1 minute so I could get there I usually love GameStop but the last two visits have been terrible

Called ahead of time looking for a specific game, and the clerk set it aside for me. Then, when I was just browsing the shelves after making my purchase, I found the next game in the series at a great price and walked out with a complete set for a steal.

Love this store better than all the rest. However when I exchanged my wireless switch controller I was not made aware I was being switched for a wired one. Impossible to play when connected to the TV and having children it's very inconvenient. Also was told could only get a new one if I could come into the store... I'll improve the rating if I get the wireless controller I paid for. And was not compensated for the difference in price.

Got a occulus 2 here and the workers were very helpful and kinda wish they pushed me for a better headset strap haha. Some kid was here and dang he sold me on the system but thanks to the awesome workers I was able to get a system and have it home to enjoy within no time.
