I booked an appointment for a massage over a month ago. I showed up for the appointment today and was told my appointment had been canceled because the therapist was out with an injury. They said they tried to get in contact with me via phone but somehow the numbers attached to my account were not my contact information. When I verified my email with them at the desk, she had found that my account was marked as spam and therefore I wouldn’t have gotten notifications anyways. To make matters worse, the location closest to my home is an almost 40 minute drive. I understand that people become sick or injured but to not have verbal or written confirmation of my appointment cancellation just baffles me. There was nothing that could be done to accommodate me either.

The staff were friendly when booking and when we arrived we were promptly given bottles of water as we waited for our services. There were 3 in our group. Two of us got massages and one got a facial. Everyone was very happy with their treatments. The spa was appointed beautifully and had a cute little gift shop out front. Everyone was professional and friendly. I highly recommend

Have received multiple facials from Tuscan without an adult being (17). Today however I go to get one they say a parent is needed for a consent form. Why is this not stated on the website or informed to existing customers.
