Tried to have them hold something for an hour so I could make it in and the new manager told me they couldn’t I had to order it online I said how would I price match online she laughed at me and said you have to come in I said there’s no point if you can’t hold it she continued to laugh at me so they lost my business

Was greeted at the door and assisted through all my purchases. The young man was knowledgeable and showed me lots of options, even loaded everything in the truck for me! Thank you Conner! I’ll be back!

This store is very rude to customers I asked a worker a question about a product and they said they didn’t know and really busy and didn’t have the time then I noticed her standing up front laughing and just chatting with another employee so I asked for a manager the other lady said I’m the manager and she done answered your question try another store we are really busy

Went in to purchase a part for a Troy Built lawnmower and the staff were not interested in assisting me. Literally had 4 people stare at me like I was an alien. Never will I shop here again. Awful service and hideous people.
