Unfortunately, each visit to the office caused confusion and frustration. I cancelled my account and even had issues turning in my modem. The store associate said I had another modem out that needed to be returned or I would be charged--only to find out it was the same modem I gave to her when closing my account.

Recently I have started service with the Spectrum through phone call.
I had some issues for which I visited this Spectrum store.
When I entered the store Ms.Kalyn Tate greeted and welcomed me and ask how can she help me.
I discussed with issue and know about the mobile services.
She resolved the issue promptly.
She discussed and explained about the mobile services.
I found Ms. Kalyn to be very helpful and eager to walk an extra mile to provide excellent customer services.
Kalyn has following remarkable qualities. Just to give few examples

4. Problem solving capabilities

6. Customer oriented approach Her services matches with high standards of Which has been set by the Spectrum.
She is an asset to the company.

Kalyn was very knowledgeable and kind.....my husband's phone i phone 12 passed away 5/ 24/24, it was time for a new one. She really knows her stuff, thank you, so much.....its a pleasure doing business there because of her.

Terrible customer service. Also, it's always something different than what they tell you.
It's so frustrating. After I pay my phone off, I'm taking my business elsewhere. I can't wait until I'll be able to speak with a person who is competent. I wouldn't recommend Spectrum in Clarksburg to anyone.

Calling to have service disconnected and was told I would have to pay $80 dollars for only 2 days service ! Our state law does not require the company to pro rate the service! I was a good customer, never late on the bill and with Spectrum for over 10 years! Whatever happened to the Customer is always right?? So sad!!

Horrible customer service i will be closing my account. After being a 5 yr customer with u guys and always making on time payments you want to charge me a month of service for a residence i was moved out of at that time. You do real well at having your Employees to stick to there paper there readung from but no matter how you surgar coat it you guys are a multi million dollar company charging the average hard working human way to much for garbage service.

The automated service is not good.However the people that you talk to are very helpful and knowledgeable.The pricing leaves much to be desired.$60 for just WiFi.

Spectrum??? More like Rectum… my cable has been down for outages far too many times. Even if for a few hours, it’s always during times when I would like for it to be on the most. For the prices people are paying, there should be ZERO outages.Leave it to Rectum cable

This is a review about the internet quality. This is not a review on the store itself nor the staff at the store. Issue: I've been in 3-4 outages this month in my area. Some have lasted days. I work at home; this is a disaster. I was going to reach out to find out what gives. I go to the website to contact you by chat during my work hours since I'm busy, and I only receive a bot that does NOT let me reach a representative no matter how much I try. It tells me to download the app to reach an agent. I already have the app so I went there instead; no agent. Just another chat bot that doesn't let me reach an agent. Calling in by phone had a massive hold time. The Dilemma: I read this on the website: "99.9% Internet Reliability Includes: network testing and preventative maintenance." That's fun and great to say "99.9% reliability and uptime"! But is it really? I'm not even sure it's at that % as a whole nation-wide month-over-month. It's very loosely used and not even believed by anyone at this point. Spectrum, you cannot just say something is true without proof. I've had about 5 days without internet in the past month. 5 days out of 31 puts me at about an 84% uptime which is not fantastic. There are other alternatives to service out there, so I will be starting to look around. A few questions Spectum, as a company, needs to ask themselves: - How do my actions impact customers that rely on stable internet? - Perfect internet is not required, and it is impossible to obtain, but how can I improve in making it more stable? - How can I be proactive instead of reactive in helping customers to be compensated for this loss of time, and building of frustration? - How can I retain customers instead of bleeding them like has been happening in the recent years? - How can I make our chat and email-to-case creation more accessible and reachable to customers to show them how much we want to hear from them? You should be reevaluating your VPs, Directors, and Managers and their goals to improve the company to decide where the breakdown is happening. Spectrum, I promise you will not last as a company unless you change your internal dealings with customers.
