We took our truck in to have tires put on. The guy at the counter was cussing about all the work they had to do. Then about 6 months later we took it back to have tires rotated due to truck pulling. Guy was really rude again and cussing like crazy. After service said we needed brakes and some kind of pin. Then today, called in to see about bringing it in to have all that done and guy literally said that they'd couldn't get to for a few weeks, had a death in the family and some guy quit and then proceeded to hang up. We've gave them much business in the past years but will not be returning. There's more garages in the area that know how to treat customers properly.

Brian and his team went above and beyond for me. New ball joints, tires, and rims. Even saw I was sent one wrong rim and we are waiting on it to co.e to finsh.

Very kind service personnel.I rented a car from Budget in Pittsburgh for a business trip to Clarksburg, WV.Temperature dropped to almost below freezing and the tire pressure went down.I took the car here because it is a Budget Truck Rental facility and the guy checked and aired up all of the tires.THANK YOU SO MUCH!If I lived near here, I would definitely come for service work!

I will always trust Brian & his dad to keep my jeep safe & also recommend a quality upgrade. I've been going to Rokiskys for a few years (since a fellow jeep club member recommended them) & they have never ripped me off, over charged me or treated me like a dumb female. They are fairly priced, quick service & have friendly, kind, knowledgeable employees .

We ordered tires from TireRack and dealt directly with Mr. Rokisky. He was very pleasant and helpful and even offered us a ride home when the job was delayed by an area wide power outage. We were very pleased with the quality and speed of the service. Thank you.
