I went there to find a prom dress and everyone was super friendly, especially Bella! They had a wide range of dresses and sizes, and checked each dress to see if there were other colors on-line! They helped clip and zip the dresses and provided any assistance needed! Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend.

I went to look at wedding dresses not thinking that I would find the one and just settling for it me and can say that the lady that helped me gave me 3 dresses to try and the very first one I tried was the one. I absolutely am in love with my dress and can’t wait until my big day to wear it and feel like a beautiful queen. Thank you again to Oliverio’s Bridal.

I had a great experience wedding dress shopping! Reagan was fantastic and very helpful. She listened to what I wanted and helped me find THE DRESS!!! 100% recommend OLIVERIO’S! They are all so sweet especially Sarah, Reagan, and Angela!! I said YES to the DRESS!!!!

I took my daughter here to purchase her prom dress and let me say, we were very pleased with our experience. Not only did she find the most perfect dress, Maddie, our sales assistant, was so helpful. We were there for 3 hours and she was by our side the entire time. Perfect atmosphere, perfect service. We will definitely be coming back for our next occasion!!!

My daughter was required to schedule an appointment to view wedding dresses. She was on time for the appointment on a recent Saturday morning and was accompanied by one of her bridesmaids and myself (MOB). The people working in the store were basically inattentive from the time we arrived. We had to pull all of the dresses, carry them to the dressing room, help her get the dresses on, find a basket of clips and clip the dresses to get a correct fit, hang and bag the dresses after trying on etc. There were no offers to help. One other bride was in the store at the same time with three of her family members - they actually asked my daughter's bridesmaid to help her with a dress because they were being basically ignored as well. The younger girl working in the store (I don't even remember her name) seemed inexperienced (anything I asked she had to go ask someone else for an answer) and she seemed more interested in being outside on a smoke/vape break than helping. I asked if a dress on display in the front window was available elsewhere in the store and was told no. When I asked if my daughter could try on the one in the window they acted completely put out that they had to remove it from the mannequin. My daughter tried on about 8 dresses and we left because it was such a bad experience. When walking by the front desk (where at least 3 employees were standing) no one asked if we found anything, no one cared we were leaving, etc. I am not even sure they noticed we left. My daughter put it best when she said that even if she had found her dream dress in that store we would not have bought it there because of the terrible customer service. We called a store in Morgantown on our way back there and they allowed us to come in without an appointment. We were escorted to a couch, offered something to drink, dresses were pulled and taken to the dressing room for us based on what style my daughter was looking for, we had 2 people assisting her with getting in and out of dresses and clipping, they brought us potential accessories and shoes, they re-hung dresses, they were encouraging and helpful. We found and bought my daughter's dream dress in that store. Oliverio's completely blew it. To quote Pretty Woman - "Big Mistake, Big. Huge"
