I’m in Lowe’s frequently for the outdoor lawn and garden center, and let me say, I go out of my way to avoid the employees (introvert who just likes plants) and they still find me and ask if I need help. Every. Time. Nowhere else in the store am I asked if I need help so reliably. 10/10 recommend

Worst customer service. Was told to expect a delivery between 3 and 7 p.m. no delivery, tried calling the store, phone rang for 24 mins before someone answered only to be hung up on three times, every time I asked to speak to a store manager.

Since LOWE'S has nothing to do with those they contract out to deliver their merchandise, I would not recommend having them deliver to your home or business. Have had a terrible experience in that department. Even a call to their customer service line yielded no response. I can't even give them one star, because of their lack of customer service in their deliveries, So be very wary with their outside delivery services.

I purchased a garage door opener and then placed an order to have it installed. I paid in advance for this service. Lowes contracted this out to Handy Tech. Not only did Handy Tech cancel, they neglected to let me know. Lowes needs a better contractor.

Lowes of Clarksburg, WV. May 31st, 2021 between 1-2 pm. On May 31st in the early afternoon, I attempted to exchange a lifetime warranty tape measure I purchased from Lowes. Lowes no longer sales that brand of tape measure and the customer (non) service manager would not entertain a refund or store credit to purchase another brand. Told me to go online and get it exchanged through the company. Needless to say I did not buy another one at Lowes. I hope the $20.00 tape measure was worth it to Lowes to lose my business because I will now go to Home Depot for my purchases. Since I moved to this area I have spent almost 20k (5 years) at Lowes to include a new single axle trailer, Huskavarna riding mower, tiller, pressure washer, whole house wall to wall flooring, stainless steel appliance set, loads of lumber and drywall as well as many other purchases of lesser value. To be fair, the elder gentlemen working in the tool department tried his best to talk to the customer service manager to help me out but was unsuccessful, He deserves a 5 rating. My advice to you if a warranty is involved is to go elsewhere because lowes likes to keep your money but does not like to keep their promise.

They say 3rd times a charm? Well not with this Lowes. I have placed online orders 3x pickup at store, items they have in stock. Order says everything is ready. I go to the lowes and they can't find the order. I have to wait 15min for them to find it, or just go get the stuff while I wait. This is the 3rd time they've done this. Really simple orders also. I'm done with Lowe's. Home Depot for now on!

I went to Lowe's the other day and a woman named Katie waited on me in the paint dept. She was nice but was absolutely clueless, talked really slow like she was on some sort of sedative, seemed confused or lost during our conversation, tried to be discreet about looking at her cell phone 2-3 times, and just moved slow all together. Lowe's used to pride themselves on hiring good solid people. They missed the mark with this woman.

I went to Lowe's to get a few parts for my sink, and when I got there almost all the bolts/nuts were out of place. It took me ages to find the one I needed. When I did, I turned and grabbed the pipe I needed(?), and went home. As I turned to put it in the sink, I realized I had the wrong one. It was out of place, not unlike the bolts, So the point is, A LOT of things were out of place. Honestly, I'd suggest Home Depot over Lowe's. I hope whoever reads this finds it helpful, because I really do wish I had known about it earlier.

Since being new to Bridgeport I've had many little projects I've had to do. We have also been cleaning up a home that we are preparing be sold. Everytime I ask an associate for help they help me without hesitation. The customer service representatives at the service desk are very helpful. They've always had what I needed in order to get the job done. It would be nice if they had a greeter that could send you in the right direction when you get into the store so that you don't have to find someone to get help from. I am used to stores having a few more employees than this one does. However, I would rather go here than the Home Depot.
