I've been several times and it was OK but then I signed in online and had a 15 minute wait. Getting there 15 minutes later I waited to be signed in again, waited while she went to the bathroom, waited while she opened a package and rummaged thru it , then sat in the chair indicated and waited while she took 2 phone calls. 20 minutes of waiting and then my my haircut was interrupted by 2 more calls and boy does it show, my bangs are at a slant and 1 side is longer than the other, wow.

I took my daughter to get her hair cut,showed a picture of how she wanted it and I asked if the lady could do it. She said yes,but she absolutely did not do as requested,not even close. Such a disappointment cause now I have to find a place that can hopefully fix this.
Requested style: Pin bob,, its supposed to be short in the back and longer in the front and sides. They basically cut it shoulder length and gave the back barely a layer and the layer they did give,they forgot to cut about 6 strands cause they r longer than the rest and very noticeable once her hair dried. Oh yea they didn't even blow dry her hair afterwards either.

Hair dresser chopped up my hair so bad I can’t wear it up or down without comments being made about all the choppiness I won’t go back my hair was more then half way down my back she chopped it off to my shoulders thick hair mushroom head so now I have to wear it until it grows out very upset

Stylists listen and are all very personable. Easy to get checked in when you use the app, and affordable considering how much a haircut can cost these days. Also sign up on their mailing list and you will get coupons which make it even more worth it. Would highly recommend. This is the only place I have taken my teenage boys where they have left satisfied with their cuts, no matter who did the cutting.

I showed them a picture of the haircut. I want the first person. Screwed it up second person. Screwed it up worse it’s not the haircut that I want it because it’s cheap. You ain’t gotta go now I wouldn’t suggest that.

Always, always, always a A+ haircut (men's skin fade, short on top). I've prob been to this specific address and have gotten maybe 15-20 cuts.. I think I've sat in every chair (meaning every hair stylist) and they've all been the best haircuts of my life
