Placed an order on a Wednesday and it was delivered on a Friday! Loved my tanks, will definitely be purchasing again!!However my next 2 orders were terrible! My next order was placed on September 13, the label wasn’t created until the 17th, dropped off at the Post Office on the 24th, and delivered the 28th! My 3rd order was placed on the 16th, and it still hasn’t been taken to the Post Office yet!

Horrible customer service . Takes about 15-30 days for items to ship. Tried emailing and using the app to inquire about my items and don’t get a reply . I am waiting for items that were ordered on Jul 13 and it still shows processing . I’ve asked for refund and of course they replied with no their no refund policy but don’t mention when my items will be shipped . Will not buy anything else from this place.
