I am extremely pleased with my sentimental necklace that was repaired. I was given inexpensive options on how it could be fixed. And it was returned to me in an unexpected timely manner. Looking for a dependable jewelry store is rough. My fiance needed his pendant fixed and we found this place off Google. We went and needless to say we will always buy jewelry from here. both Tim and his wife are so nice. No pressure to make a sale. I asked how much to round out one of my rings and he just went ahead and did it for me. Very great customer service. We have found our new jeweler and we will be doing much more business with them in the future.
