Purchased a brand new phone Samsung Galaxy A15 5G and this phone only had for 3 months going on 4 months and the phone is already glitching really bad called the store and didn't say much but to bring it in and exchange it for another phone of same price or ship it and wait 3 days for the other phone but i had to wait for them to call the other cricket wireless to see if they could get the phone in I wanted and then if so they'd call us back NEVER gotten a call back but called the manager and she vouched and tried to say we were lying that her employee would have called us back and kept saying pretty much we were lying on a hard working employee. Now the phone I still have that they wouldn't help with getting another phone is now shutting off by itself and turning on by itself and won't turn on for about 5-10 min at the most or won't even turn on at all and I've had cricket for over 10 yrs and now having problems do better!!

I stood there for almost 3 hours while one guy who obviously didn't know what he was doing tried to give me a phone and charged my card but at the last minute the order got "cancelled" and now I'm out $300 even though it supposed to be refunded. Get people who know what they are doing.

I call these guys the dynamic duo. Cade and kody (hope I didn't mess up the spelling lol) are amazing. I have had to go in a couple times for reasons out of their control and each time they fixed my issue and managed to help me figure out everything and saved me an extra $20 a month on my accounts. They are always friendly and very understanding of the customers needs. I will forever be a customer as long as you employ people like them because service after the sale is most important. Thanks guys

Cricket sucks!! Just got service 2 weeks ago An I can't receive calls from sum numbers ? An or texts! I go 2 store n Clarksburg an I'm told it may or may not get fixed.. I just purchased the phone an I cannot use it anywhere else cause it's locked..I was told by sales rep.."Yeah ur new phone is a brick" Very frustrating never ever been this disappointed an a service!
