I’ve been having some trouble receiving my new debit card after my old expired. Thank you for staying open for a few extra minutes so I could stop by and cash a check after work!

This is the WORST bank EVER. Firstly, I've had a total of 4 new bank cards because of fraudulent charges in a YEAR! Secondly, my husband and I have been lied to too many times . Thirdly, an inheritance has taken WAY longer than 30 days to clear. That's breaking the law. My husband and I have had to hire an accountant for anything to happen. Lastly, their computer systems are a joke! They wont replace them. We have also gotten too many attitudes from everyone.
