Been 4 yra yet still the worst service
TLDR: Martin Management Group and Audi Clarksburg have abysmal customer service. Kept my car for 6wks, flashed the tune, charged me extra markup on a water pump ($876) I could go buy myself for $570 and $500 labor on a .8hr job (per ProDemand)... $1461.92 total and gave me a $50 gift card to "make it right".
@APR**Also, evidently if you have an APR tune in your Audi, you should feel grateful that Audi certified mechanics work on it for hours/days/weeks/months without charging you for it...because APR tunes make them almost impossible to work on
As many of you may know, I have what I like to refer to as the "Go fast Dad car" which is a 2013 Audi A6. I purchased this car from a great guy Chad Hall, he can attest to the pristine condition of this vehicle, everyone who has owned it has taken extremely good care of it along the way.
Our story today begins in the last few days of the month of July. NTB gave me a good deal on some new tires but couldn't do the alignment, so I took it to the local Audi shop to have it aligned, they have done work on the car a number of times over the last 2 yrs (this is important).
The morning of the 24th of July, I pick up the A6, take it to the house and load it up for a trip to Canaan, 5 minutes on the road and I get alarms all across the dash about temperature warnings "shut off the engine". Of course, I do just that, call USAA and have them tow the car back to Audi Clarksburg. I load up the Manlivan(Highlander) and continue on with my trip after the shop tells me they'll get right on it and figure out what went wrong. Monday the 27th I get a call from the service dept. they flashed the APR tune in my car while troubleshooting and it's gone...I freak out a little... somehow this is my fault because they didn't remember or check the paperwork that says I have a tune in the car to begin with... that being said, they say it's just a sensor so once they get the tune back from Audi-Proper, they should be able to have the car back to me quick and everything will be great! I spend a week being equal parts anxious and hopeful, I speak with the service manager a handful of times checking on progress, the diagnosis of what ales my car changes on a semi-regular basis, from the tune itself being the issue, to that temp sensor, then to a pressure module/water-pump and thermostat housing. After that week, regular communication stops, I reach out again on 4-August asking for an update, on the 5th I get an email promising a follow up, something about it being all electrical issues... but the next time I am able to speak to someone about the car is on 20-August...so that follow up was a little late.....5 days later.... (25-August)"we are still having a communication issue, we replaced the one part because it wasn't communicating with the controller" and a number of statements about how the APR tune makes working on a car VERY troublesome/difficult.
Earlier in August (20-August), I reached out to Martin Management Group hoping they may be able to help me get straight answers and restore my confidence in what was being done to my car. I received promises of call backs from dealership GMs and the like, but they never materialized. Finally I decided to post a review of my ongoing experience with Audi Clarksburg...within 8 minutes of that review going live I received a phone call from MMG's VP of service operations Matthew Sturdivant (who I'd left a voicemail with on the 20th...). Matt was apologetic, spoke to me for approximately 20 minutes, listening to my side of the story and promising to follow up, restore my confidence and "make it right". During that conversation and in follow ups, Matt made numerous "I'll call you by..." style statements, none of which he actually followed up on, punctuality seems to be a problem for the entire Team to be honest... Purchased a brand new VW Atlas Cross Sport on 5/6/24 and not even 48 hours later I began having issues with the screen. It would go black, backup camera wouldn’t work, nor would AC controls at random times. It was very frustrating and embarrassing when I would have passengers in the vehicle. I had this brand new expensive vehicle and it didn’t even work correctly. Absolute junk. Fast forward 3 months, the dealership finally put a new screen in the vehicle. After numerous trips to the dealership to sit for hours on end (2-4 hrs) each time. 5 times total I believe. So finally I was excited to have the screen fixed! Only to notice later whoever replaced the screen bent the edges up completely! VW obviously has zero respect for their customers property and do not take pride in their work by hiring completely incompetent individuals to work on their vehicles. I will never purchase another vehicle from VW and will do my best to spread the word of how disappointed I am in their product and customer service.

Excellent customer service and quality of work. My service advisor Kevin was very courteous and professional. Service manager Mike was very kind to arrange a loaner car for me whilst my vehicle was in service. My car was finished in a timely fashion. This location was topnotch.

Chauncey was the best sales person you can ask for he was patient and very respectful and there was no pressure when purchasing a vehicle he was helping us in anyway he can best sell person rate Chauncey five star rating if anybody needs a vehicle they need to come down and ask for Chauncey he will help you and go the extra mile

I bought my 2016 Audi Q3 from Audi of Clarksbburg in 2017 and they have performed all the service on it since. I had never had any problems with the car, but had some major repairs this year which this dealership service dept took care of immediately. The parts were ordered and repairs made very quickly, and my car is now good as new. I appreciate the excellent service and assistance Audi of Clarksburg has provided for my car over all the years.

I am from out-of-state, and my clutch went out. Although it took between two and three weeks to get parts, they got the work done quickly once the parts arrived. Car was test driven and very clean when I picked it up.

customer service was a 10 Kevin was fantastic informative service writer, he was informing me before the text would get to me. service was amazing!
follow up and communication were so impressive. auto garage door was a super big surprise!

With the issue I was having with my Audi I had called 4 different dealerships in the area. One with a phone system that didn't function and the others weren't very useful. This location took their time and helped me resolve my issue in a quick manner. I dealt with Kameron and they made sure that my issue was fixed. They were very easy to communicate with, friendly and dedicated to resolving my issue. Kameron went above and beyond what was required so thank you for the convenient experience and I will definitely be coming back for anything else.

I'm a travel nurse from South Florida. My VW Atlas SEL-R was due for a 10k service attention. I found Audi Dealership in Clarksburg on Google. I'm glad I did. My service advisor, Marcus Eschenmann, and the technician in charge of my vehicle were very professional. I received a short inspection clip attached to the report via text. I truly appreciate the detailed multi-point inspection report. The waiting area was clean and tastefully decorated. They have a coffee corner equipped with snacks and other beverages. I was able to do my work on the computer comfortably while waiting for my vehicle. They were fast and efficient without compromising quality work. I was treated with the utmost professionalism the entire time, even as an outsider. They are the epitome of an ideal car dealership. Thank you very much for your service.
