“I travel from Pittsburgh to Ohio every month, I stop by gumbys always that's my spot and never had a problem. The location is 2363 Lincoln WV 26034. Yesterday Saturday morning February 10 2024. I bought a pipe and lefted gumbys traveling to Lisbon ohio i opened the bag and found out that the pipe was broken, I went back to gumbys with my receipt and was told thier was nothing they could do about returning my money back on to my card.because the management doesn't work weekends ? so I can't get a hold of a floor manager today.so I hope they will return my money.”
