Purchased 2 cartons of cigarettes, as I did weekly at this location. They did not have cartons available so the cashier gave me packs and shorted me 2. I called as soon as I got home and gave the info on the receipt and was told a note would be left for mgmnt. I went to the store to pick up my merchandise and was told repeatedly by manager Kevin that "he didn't know what to tell me" and would not stop yelling at me while accusing me of yelling when I most assuredly was not. That's $20+ they shorted me and to be treated like that when asking for it to be made right will not happen to me again. I will shop elsewhere.

So here it is a Wednesday morning at 11:00 and we are here to briefly stop at the world’s largest teapot to meet someone. Not a single car in the Gumby’s parking lot. We had not even gotten out of our car so they didn’t know if we were there to shop or not before this rude employee hollers out several times we can’t park there. This is not the first review saying this. I guess they don’t care how they treat potential customers. We possibly could’ve been going in there. I guess it would help if they had a little teeny parking lot at the tea pot so people could safely park there and not have to park on the on-ramp.

Candy! at the store there is fantastic she is always so responsive and friendly !! We love going to Gumbys sometimes just to stop and say hi to Candy !! SHE makes us feel at home

Was just going to park for a minute to see the world 's largest teapot when someone rudely yelled out telling us we couldn't park there. There were no other cars in the lot. This has to be bad for Hancock county tourism.

I come here all the time and all the employees are great...BUT I came here today 9-19-21 at 11am and the employee was the rudest employee I've ever incountered dealing with any employee In any setting I've had to deal with including restaurants convent stores.. when I come to gum ys again and she's working I'm just walking out and I'll go somewhere else and buy what I need too..
