“Easy to locate, good customer service and are well trained in handling problems with my acct. Only one problem in 10 yrs. Debit card wouldn't work, gave a temp. To use. Then received 2 more in the mail. And couldnt get any to activate. Cut up the temp one. Called a teller to help but had to go back up to the office. Very nice and patient, fixed the card in abou 15 mins. And apologized for the problem even though it probably doesn't happen often. I was a little rude when i got there but i left happy, 1 problem in yrs. I went there becuz my old back messed up my statements almost every month. Thank you.”
