Package from Amazon delivered to Chauncey per tracking. Package then disappeared. Spent an hour between UPS and Amazon checking on package. Surprised as big as UPS is that they cannot track on their own packages. I was told by representative at UPS that I would have to contact Amazon. Amazon gave much better service...
