I enjoy shopping at this store and highly recommed you take a look if you are looking to update your wardrobe. You'll find items that you will wear on repeat. I'm so happy it is in Charleston! Yarids has a great selection and I'd love to see them get an even bigger store and add more clothes.....pretty please :)

Above and beyond the best customer service. I was looking for a hard to find shoe that was sold out everywhere. They took my name and number and called me when the shoe was in stock. They even gift wrapped it for me! Wonderful sales associates!

My wife was there shopping with her best friend again on Saturday for a couple pair of shoes for our upcoming vacation. We support local and family-owned whenever possible, so even though the merchandise could be purchased at a savings online, she chose to visit the South Hills store on Saturday. When she returned home, she had a good day, other than her visit to your store. Whether intentional or not, the staff makes customers who are not regulars feel like they are an inconvenience. I have experienced this on several visits personally to your location and wrote it off someone having a bad day; however, at this point, I feel like this is more the norm than the exception. I tell our employees all the time that "perception is reality," and in this case you have had and continue to have customers who echo this perception.

I have went in this store twice and received the worst customer service both times. The employees act as if they are bothered the entire time. It came to the point I just finally left because the associates attitude was so terrible. I love to shop small but it won’t be at this store anymore.

Just another overpriced store selling simple clothing for a arm and a leg!!! Nonthing special about this place unless you are super rich Tham the level of snobbery becomes painful to watch and utterly ludicrous!!

They've taken care of my shoes, purses, and accessories for more years than I can count, including The Greenbrier location. They make certain their customers are happy and go beyond the extra mile to make that happen. I recently bought the purple running shoes and am excited to see if I run faster !!!

Shopping locally is what I do whenever possible. South Hills has excellent locally owned shops. Yarid's is one of them. Wonderful merchandise, very knowledgeable personnel that figures out your style in no time.
