I have had consistent results with Waste Management.They pick up on time,leave the area clean and if I do have interaction with them they are polite and accommodating.Highly recommend Waste Management.??

We have an excellent route driver. Most often they maintain the normal schedule. Communication regarding unscheduled delays could be a little better. We are satisfied overall.

6 bag limit is high for the price.. Website advertised trash bins but after the agreement they will say not available in your area... Make sure you make payment on time cause the late fee is high ..

Pickup is not on the scheduled day the vast majority of the time. Our trash container lid hinge has been broken since we moved here nearly 3 years ago. At least the drivers and workers are polite.

Great service. Let you know if they will pick up after a holiday, running one day behind schedule so you don't put out your trash out and it sits for a day.
