My trash is not getting picked up on schedule. Almost 4 weeks missed in Jan/Feb and didn’t get picked up on Feb 18. Today is Feb 20 and still no pick up.

I never know when my trash will be picked up. At least once a month there is a week that our town pick up gets skipped. This leads to animals scattering the trash everywhere. My husband and I are in poor health and we can't lug the trash back up the steps to keep the animals out of it.

Garbage truck is eating away my road and always pulling my container which is 5x5 out in the roadway I now have ruts 8 inch deep ruts instead of just taking 5 steps and parking on the solid part of the road but I’m glad we do have garbage service so I do appreciate the work your company does

Waste Management keeps going downhill..
I have addressed our issues over and over again. It’s every other week our trash doesn’t get picked up but still get billed full price for 4 pick ups a month, sometimes trash only gets picked up once a month.
Our neighborhood has had enough and we have started contacting Attorney Generals Office to express our complaints towards Waste Management Charleston location.

It would be nice if he closed my trash can lid…water and snow gets inside making the next week trash nasty for him to get.

Trash is not being picked up on time lately even though no problem with weather related issues. If the trend continues many will be switching to competition that even recycle.
