Always an accountable business! Staff is always kind and helpful. Over 30 years using this company for my business’s. Needed a container dumped and picked up. They took care of all of my needs and went beyond the call of duty! Picked up all the items and the dumpster! The gentlemen that take care of us-took the time to rake the rubbish and such as well! Better than when they found it! Very pleased and happy with the services. Office in Beckley WV-I dealt with Matthew Frailey and he made it all happen! Explained and returned calls with a sense of urgency every time! Very helpful staff all around! Thank you Waste Management for being a breathe of fresh air!

The regular trash pick-up is reliable and if there is a change due to weather it is always communicated well. The times that I have called for a special pickup, it has never gone well.

If you have truck, don't bother signing up for this service. Take it to the dump and save your money. There is no such thing as staffing for scheduling with this company. They might come in the right day, or the next day, or Saturday, or just not bother with your service that week. The APP is never correct. 8PM and I've watched the est. time change 3 times today. Now it just says "today". Same thing last week on Thursday it said they'd be here today, then ran Saturday with no warning. AVOID IF YOU CAN!!! This is ANYTHING but a convenience service, at this point.

The waste management employee that does his route at our home is amazing and deserves recognition for this. We always have so much trash and I wanted him to know we appreciate him!

My family and I are very pleased with the service provided by WM. They are dependable, courteous and reliable. Have especially enjoyed getting to know one service worker, Caleb. This young man is consistently a hard worker, pleasant and professional. A sincere thank you to your entire team for the fine work in serving our community.

There are weeks my trash is not picked up and we will have to wait two-three weeks before it’s picked up.You expect bills to be paid on time but won’t pick trash up on time.

There is absolutely no way to contact customer service. Emails are No-Reply; per there own website: PLEASE CHAT DURING THE CHAT HOURS OF : CST; I have billing questions!!!
