The couch we had was from the 1990’s .. and it was a nice, sturdy and comfortable couch until it needed to go to couch ?️ heaven…. So, i wanted to get something that would last just like that one did .. I found the couch the beautiful material and ordered it and it was such a easy process because of the professional and friendly service i received. Thank you Mr Wells ( and also their delivery service ? is top notch)

I purchased a sofa from this company and paid extra for performance fabric. The fabric wore through and had a couple of tears. They came and picked the torn section up and took it for reupholstery. A month later it happened again. I emailed the manager again and never heard anything. For $1900.00 I expected better. Buyer beware!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They can help to find unique fabrics, furniture styles, and can customize your pieces. The delivery crew was very professional and polite. It's great to have a go to company who can deliver this caliber of service. Please keep in mind that if you're looking for bargains, just keep driving out to South Ridge. If you're looking for dependability, uniqueness, quality, professionalism, and service; then look no further for your home furnishing needs.

I gave them one star because they answered the phone. My husband is having knee surgery. We lost our home in a fire last year. We are looking for a tall recliner for post op recovery. Husband is 6'6\". I did not share this info and had no reason to. All I asked was if they have tall recliners available. Lady who answered said 90% of recliners are customed ordered and \"it really puts us in a bind when people like you call.\"

Purchased a 6k package,less than 11 months later A wire came thru the upholstery on the back of the couch I requested a service call, when they came their solution was to Beat the wire back in with a hammer and put super glue on it Goes without saying that did not fix the problem, when I called back I was told that the problem was that I had the couch too close to the wall Which caused the fabric to wear and wire to protrude When asked why the opposite side of the couch wasn't doing the Something I was met with stone cold silence This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever Had to deal with,it took 3 weeks for someone to call me back and that Only occurred after stopping in to request to talk to mr.wells So it's my strong recommendation to never purchase from this company All they would have had to,do would be to call the manufacturer of the Couch in question and the problem would have been fixed And the reason I know that is That I have run a large retail business In kanawha valley for 30 years and talking to the manufacturer is The 1st step in customer service to ensure a satisfied customer But it was obvious that mr wells had no intention of going the extra mile To find a solution for my problem so with that being said be very very Careful about purchasing anything from wells homes furnishing They are totally indifferent about fixing ur problems or even Attempting to,help So never never purchase from wells home furnishing because if u do and there is problem with one of their products u will be ignored, lied to Over and over in hopes u just give up
