I live in California and received a data breach alert involving this address and my Social Security number. I'm unsure who is responsible for leasing management at this location or if they are even qualified for their role, as my private information was used and processed without any authorized verification from me. This review is intended to inform others of potential illegal activities occurring here, and I strongly advise considering legal action if this has happened to you as well.

If you want to keep your things done move here. Bunch of users only looks out for the next thing they can take and use to trade for heroin. Want a drug free area to live in don't move here. They don't do work order they hike the rent well above the 30% they supposed to. Roach and rat infested. They dont spray for roaches they do a little squirt in the kitchen that's it. Been over 6 months since they sprayed. No hot water in the first building. I have put in work order after work order about the lukewarm water and they ignore it. There is absolutely no security only cameras. Which if you want to view you have to pull a arm and leg to get. Wish I knew when I moved in here what I know now. I would have found another place to live. Thank goodness I am moving.

Attempting to evict a tenant for having a window air conditioner provided by CPS; when property management has failed to upkeep an maintain a liveable property. Failed 3 times to fix the air conditioning. You NEED A/C to live in WV. Complete nonsense. Shame on you!!!

To be under Charleston housing there have been tenants who are required to pay rent on time or be evicted monthly without having the necessary utilities to care for their selves, and more importantly there families. To live without water, heat, and the filthy stairs and elevators is cruel and illegal. Some of the families that live here are good people who maybe have fallen on hard times. Being Americans the land of the free only pertains to the ones with wealth and power. We are one nation under God, or who ever you choose as your higher power, and everyone should have a chance to live as equals when it comes to at LEAST THE BASIC NEEDS....food, water, shelter, and most importantly LOVE for one another. I live here and if this place was to ever rise up and and start producing productive members of society then it starts within there home where they have they things they need to prosper. As they say it takes a village to raise a child. CHARLESTON HOUSING CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ARE COUNTING ON YOU.

This place is over ran with drugs and the police in charleston don't seem to care they just walk past it like they don't know how to do their jobs what a lazy police force! And the little boy on the bicycle running the drugs for his daddy they don't do anything about. If I as a regular citizen can see this the lazy police can see this.
