I was very impressed on my first visit to your clinic! I was there with my brother-in-law bringing his dog for a vaccination. Friendly professional service, kind to his dog, Pricing seemed reasonable. My husband and I plan to get a dog soon, and we will definitely consider Valley West for its care.

The entire staff - reception, aides, techs, and doctors, are unfailingly knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, and kind with pets as well as their human companions.

I simply can’t say enough great things about the staff here! I feel they truly care about the clients and the wellbeing of the animals. They go above and beyond to make the clients informed of what’s happening as well as making the animals comfortable. My pups even love them ??

Valley West is a wonderful veterinarian office with caring staff, a clean environment, and they always give helpful insight on how to address pet needs. I have never had to wait long for urgent appointments and I never feel rushed or unimportant. This is a great place!

Valley West has been my furry family members veterinarian hospital for 10 years now. I hate to give a rate of 4. But the only reason i am is due to the fact it takes so long to get an appointment now. I was very surprised and disappointed they told me it's going to take a little over a month to just get my pup his first shots and rabies shot. He really needs them asap. I guess, I'm going to have to go somewhere else this time. I wish this wasn't the case. I'm nervous about having to go somewhere else. We've only took our dogs to Valley West before. But, please don't get the wrong impression about my post here. Valley West Veterinary Hospital is absolutely a terrific place to take your pets for preventative and needed medical care. Staff are well-trained and professional. You can tell they really care about animals. ???

I just want to thank Valley West Veterinary Hospital for helping my English Bulldog Hoss. Last week her was stung by yellow jackets and was in really bad shape. They squeezed us in and I think they actually saved him he was that bad. So Thank You so Much and Hoss sends???

you have worked with several of my pets and everyone has always been very polite and helpful. You all have treated my animals like they are your own. Even last year when I had to send my fur baby over the rainbow bridge you all were very sweet and sent me the best card with prints of my Manny's little paws and his nose since I would always fluff his nose. You made me feel that I was not alone in my loss and you do not know how much that helped. You helped arrange his cremation and made sure he was returned home to me like I promised him. I wish I could tell you all how much that meant to me. Manny also flirted with all the ladies in the office because he was a ladies man. I started coming to your facility because you were close to my home but I continue to come because you make me feel that my fur babies are safe and cared for. You also do not shy away from telling me when I need to correct something in how I am caring for my fur babies and I like that as well. It shows that you do it because you care and not to just make money. Thank you all so very much!!
