Times when I can actually get into this post office (7th Ave, Charleston WV) the person is super helpful and friendly. More than once, however, this post office has been closed when it should be open. Very inconvenient.

I'm not sure why but the elderly woman that works the front desk here is depressing. Every single time over been here she acts like she hated her job.
