Terrible service. Been calling all morning, was declined, called right back to a woman who answered with a terrible attitude. Ended up using some choice words myself but do better with your business. No wonder the rating for this store isn’t good.

As an autistic person I use language differently. So asking questions helps me understand. If I feel I can't come into your store and still be treated like a human if I need to ask questions about my return that I clearly am not understanding, then you're not a company I choose to do business with. Someone shouldn't feel like a burden to have their questions answered. Especially if asking politely. Let alone fear someone getting angry at them over it. Which is what I often feel in this store. Anger, if I dare ask anything I'm not understanding correctly. They either look at you like they want to physically hurt you for "burdening" them with trying to understand something you clearly don't, or they literally will walk away from you and ignore you, or they give you short responses that really don't answer your question but they expect you to understand and leave them alone. Even if you're still standing there looking discombobulated and saying you don't understand. They will repeat it the same way and expect you to just leave.I don't think this is an employee at fault, but UPS's fault as a corporation. If they treated their employees with more respect (like human beings), then the employees would automatically know to treat the customers like human beings. Especially those of us that process the world differently. UPS could fire every employee here, but it won't fix the issues.

Drive over at 8:35 am On a Saturday only to find them closed. Hours sign states 8am open. Had to go out of the way to another.

Do not return your amazon items here.i had a number of items to return. They have no wifi so i had to keep going inside and out of the store to get service to get the return codeThey ended up taking one additional item they should not have.I called and they basically said too bad.instead of waiting until i finished all my items and double checking the number of items, they took the items and started returning them.I will never go here again.I will use Kohls for all my amazon calls from now on

The employees in this location are always rude, but yesterday was just BEYOND. The things your employees said to a customer will never be okay. You called her stupid and belittled her and I REFUSE to let this go.

I shushed one of the employees while I was trying to recreate a return label. Both employees working were infuriated! The female employee began berating me while I was working on my phone. She told me that I was too rude to create the label and that I wasn’t smart enough to do so! The insults continued until the return label was finished and scanned in. At that point I said that they’d be hearing from me again because of their rudeness. She started falling her arms and screaming “Get out! Get out”. All of this in front of other customers. If you follow my Facebook feed, you’ll see that others avoid this UPS store because of the rude staff…
