I thought the website stated the store closed at 7:00pm. When I arrived at 6:25pm the store appeared closed but the door was open. I walked in and asked if they were open. The female worker said, "No, we're closed." I remarked I thought the website said they would close at 7:00pm. As I walked out the door, she followed me and repeatedly screamed at me, "You're wrong!" Then proceeds to walk toward my car. I asked, "Do you always treat customers who pay your salary this way?" As I got into my car, another short lady, wearing glasses, walks out of the door shot me the finger!
Reading other reviews, it's apparent other customers have received poor customer service as well, yet management chooses to do nothing to correct it.

Amazon return, with an ill fitting box for a larger item. All I had with me was a pic on my phone of the return QR code. “Brook” helped me, was patient with my QR search and scanned in, and said “they’d take it from there”. They did the packing, taping and labeling. Great service and kindness.

The ladies who work there are absolutely awful. Racist comments and rude to everyone who they don't want to serve. The Better Business Bureau should truly do an investigation on the employees. They won't ever get my business

They consistently "deliver" packages to the middle of an active public road instead of the delivery location. Same driver will deliver our neighbor's packages to my door though.
They could at least put it in the driveway so it doesn't get run over... I don't even know how to express how ridiculous, silly, and lazy this is.

The absolute rudest human being answered the phone when I called to inquire about a package at the location. The customer service at the location is poor and clearly the EE was not trained on how to properly communicate with customers. Do better.

Absolute worst UPS store I have ever visited. Did not open until 815. This is almost an everyday occurrence for this location. Today, May 24th, the person showed up over 10 min late to open the store, was and is always one of the most miserable humans I've ever seen. It's a common theme here with the staff, but she stands out the most.
But, per the usual, no apologies for opening late. Not even a hello or thank you/have a great day. Zero words from her. To the owner/operator.... Do better, do interviews. Easy to replace your staff, you literally can only go up from what you have.

Terrible service. Been calling all morning, was declined, called right back to a woman who answered with a terrible attitude. Ended up using some choice words myself but do better with your business. No wonder the rating for this store isn’t good.

As an autistic person I use language differently. So asking questions helps me understand. If I feel I can't come into your store and still be treated like a human if I need to ask questions about my return that I clearly am not understanding, then you're not a company I choose to do business with. Someone shouldn't feel like a burden to have their questions answered. Especially if asking politely. Let alone fear someone getting angry at them over it. Which is what I often feel in this store. Anger, if I dare ask anything I'm not understanding correctly. They either look at you like they want to physically hurt you for "burdening" them with trying to understand something you clearly don't, or they literally will walk away from you and ignore you, or they give you short responses that really don't answer your question but they expect you to understand and leave them alone. Even if you're still standing there looking discombobulated and saying you don't understand. They will repeat it the same way and expect you to just leave.I don't think this is an employee at fault, but UPS's fault as a corporation. If they treated their employees with more respect (like human beings), then the employees would automatically know to treat the customers like human beings. Especially those of us that process the world differently. UPS could fire every employee here, but it won't fix the issues.

To whoever delivered my package today is a dirty, liar and irresponsible person. Per amazon app, its in my mail box but we found it on top of the garbage bin.
