Good luck if your account gets blocked over the weekend because they mailed you the wrong pin. You'll have to wait until Monday to have access to your money.

Very rude to their customers, I had a new bank card ordered and it was lost in the mail and when I called about I got told that it will be 7 to 10 days and if I didn't like it to get a new bank

just tore up the side of my truck trying to get money out of the atm. i suggest you to not get money out of the atm because there is not enough room to pull out.

This bank has terrible customer service. The bank tellers are absolutely RUDE!!! The older women with glasses(she works the drive thru). She is the worst!!! And the bank teller bianco is no better. My husband went to deposit his check on Friday and she said he could get the money at midnight....well she didnt even deposit the check. He didnt get his money intill Monday because she screwed up. I'm pretty sure she did it on purpose. We will NEVER use this bank again because of them!!!!

I have never written a bad review before, but the terrible, rude treatment I've received at this bank during the past year has reached the limit. I've banked at United for 25 years but no more. Do yourself a favor and find another bank.

I have been a United customer for 29 years, but no more. Over the past year, I have been treated more rudely and unprofessionally by this branch than any other service provider I can remember. Do yourself a favor and find another option.

I took a check that was a United bank check to K.City branch. Since i didn't have a acct. with United, i was told my drivers licenced wasn't enough I.D. I was asked to present another I.D. such as auto registeration before they cash the check in my name.I was treated rudely for trying to cash a $11 check!
