I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee that was scratched badly from taking it to this car wash. If you value your vehicle do not take it here. I’m not the only person who has had this experience either. I’ve spoken to others who have suffered worse damage.

I’ve been a monthly subscriber since the place opened and the employees seem to care less and less about the quality of the end product. 3 guys standing around the pay booth and nobody will come over and figure out why the machine won’t read my window sticker and they laughed at me when I complained.

This is absolutely the best car wash in the area! Their system does a fantastic job from top to bottom, front to back, and always makes my car look absolutely showroom fresh when it comes out! I cannot recommend them enough!

I had a membership for almost 2 years. I signed up a few family members and one of them was quoted a promotion price and added to my account. They ultimately charged my card for 2 full monthly membership amounts. I went to the location in Kanawha City to inquire and was told to e-mail ‘corporate’ on their website. I did so, and was never give a response. The young boys that work at the KC location are in drone mode. Zero customer service and the lack of refund/response from ‘corporate’ cost them my membership. Look for better options - this one is low caliber.

Jacob Sheppard at Ultimate Shine in Kanawha City is THE BEST- He drew smiley faces on my window with the mop because my kids were scared of the car wash. Calmed them down, made it easy for me to get my car washed. Sweetest fella!

Stop by each time we are in Charleston, WV. Levi Thompson helped us at the start for checkout - asked if we were local. Wish the company would build one in Raleigh County, Beckley area West Virginia…I’m sure there’d be a line wrapped around the building.
