Negative amount of stars ? Ticketmaster forced me to buy tickets from them, then I had to jump thru hoops to make the tickets come up on my phone then they said ACCESS DENIED!Fortunately the ticket office solved the immediate problem... But now I'm getting endless emails advertising every show & sporting event with no way to delete the account they forced me to make in the first place! NEVER AGAIN! Box office tickets only from now on!

I've been getting my tickets through Ticketmaster for over 25 years now and have never had a problem. Recently, I got some concert tickets through VividSeats and it was a serious pain to get their app to work. Really made me appreciate how easy and reliable Ticketmaster is. Even better now that you can resell your tickets from the app or transfer them to your other party members who may arrive earlier or later than you. Thanx Ticketmaster!

I would rate a 0 if possible! Do NOT purchase tickets from Ticketmaster! I just paid $190 for tickets, the money cleared my account, got a confirmation email, and guess what NO TICKETS were sent to me! You can’t call customer service because none of the phone numbers work! Can’t online chat with anyone for help because that’s not an option, you can send an email for support and they say 24-48 hours to respond! Unprofessional and scammy! Do NOT waste your time or money, you’ve been warned! I will NEVER purchase from Ticketmaster again!

If I could put zero stars I would. Ticket master fired me for not getting ten calls in one hour... oh.. I'm sorry...I genuinely cared about getting fans access to their tix.. even if it meant walking them thru step by step... I'd bend over backwards .. even if that meant 30 min calls or even an hour calls. They just fired me out of the blue...yesterday..no warning what so ever. Now my kids go without Christmas ??????? they will NEVER GET MY BUSINESS and I hope this deters others from going through ticketmaster. Maybe if you didn't treat employees the way you do.. then you would have more workers to balance out calls.

Bought Tickets for MJ The Musical on the 2 for 1 Broadway week deal and the Promo code on Ticketmaster was invalid. Once I got the Promo code to apply, I confirmed my order and ended up paying for two regular priced tickets instead of 2 tickets for 1.
