Flew in from AL for the weekend to take my daughter wedding dress shopping. We booked our appointment, completed the survey and were looking so forward to our day with her soon to be mother in law. We all dressed up, drove ann hour from Huntington and arrived 15 minutes early to our appointment. When we got to the door, it was locked and the lights were off. My daughter called the number provided in the email confirmation and there was no answer or voicemail setup. We called the number on the sign by the door and the owner answered. My daughter was told they were closed today due to the tornadoes this week (today is Saturday and the inclement weather was last Monday). There was no damage nearby the store reported. The owner then stated that someone should have called us. We received no call, no text and no email. If I could provide a ZERO RATING, I would. Very unprofessional. Very disappointed. What was supposed to be a beautiful FIRST day of wedding dress shopping for my daughter has left us all feeling upset, frustrated and disappointed. We will not be booking another appointment here. Business lost due to poor customer service and lack of follow up. I should also mention, the owner did apologize right after she informed us she was in NYC at a bridal market.

Belle was absolutely amazing! She tried her absolute best to make sure my experience was as personal as it could be & she is so helpful with her opinions & expertise! I highly recommend her boutique to anyone looking for a dress, she is truly made for this line of work!!

I went with a friend to pick out her wedding dress and wasn't sure what to expect as I haven't known anyone that has worked with them before. Belle highly exceeded my expectations. She took the time to see the vision my friend had for her wedding and was able to find dresses that were absolutely on point! She made the experience fun and took her time to make sure that everthing was exactly what my friend wanted. Having just gotten married myself, I wish I would have had this experience when I was trying on dresses. I would highly recommend to anyone dress shopping!

Belle was amazing, attentive, and took the time to get to know me and my vision to make sure I picked the perfect dress. She even stayed late and still took her time without rushing me. I will recommend her first to anyone who is dress shopping. I had an amazing experience! So glad I picked to go to her boutique first!

I went with a friend to find her wedding dress, and Belle was amazing! Of all the bridal salons I’ve ever been to, she is by far the most professional. Her consultation was extremely thorough, she asked a lot of questions about not just the bride’s style, but she asked about the wedding day itself to get a better idea of the best dress for the bride. Her years of experience definitely show in her service, and she was an absolute blast to work with!
