I cannot express how much I despise this bank. In no way do I recommend doing business with them. An employee embezzled money from our account and was fired. MVB left them on our account as a signatory for 6 months despite us submitting the paperwork to have that person removed. The only reason we found out is that our account rep was laughing about it. We almost didn’t make payroll because it took them 2 months to give our accountant access to online banking after MVB let fraudulent checks clear our account. The checks were literally made with comic sans and painfully obvious that they were fraudulent. MVB did not even alert us about that- our accountant caught it. And don’t even get me started on their poor excuse for credit card member services. I would rate 0/5 if I could.
