First time having my car worked on at this service center and honestly I’m pleased, the service was fast and the price for the ac repair was actually cheaper than I expected. Hopefully I won’t need any more repairs anytime soon but when I do I’ll definitely take my car back to this service center.

Wife took her car here for state inspection and tire rotation. They quoted her a price of $426.66 because it needs rear brake pads and marker lights for license plate. This also includes a $16 fee for rotating tires. How did they come up with such a number? $50 worth of parts and $360 in labor for rear brakes (30 min or less job) and 2 tiny little lights that i just changed in less than 5 minutes? On top of that they broke a wheel stud off the front wheel and refuse to fix it. Tells her its ok to drive there are 4 others holding your front tire on. She would have paid for the parts $6 but wasnt even asked. Charged a safety inspection fee and made the car less safe to drive. Once she limps the car home worried about tire falling off, I inspect to find another stud beside of it is so badly crossthread it couldn't have been holding. It had to be broken as well just to get it off. Now we need to replace all on that side because they look boogered up with lots of metal shavings. Joe is the manager my wife spoke to who became "busy" with any further attempt of communication to resolve the issue.Trevor was the tech..beware of this place. Owners deflect with a response to just repeat what already failed, "call to talk" to the manager, great customer service..

I wasn’t happy with the last place I was using to service my Hyundai. I tried Steve & Stacy’s and will be going back there from now on. They checked several things I requested at no charge, gave recommendations for when to get some things taken care of over the next year, and serviced my car quickly so I was only waiting a short time.

I have been going to Steve and Stacy’s for a few years now, every time when needed they have provided me a ride back to my home while leaving my car there to be serviced as well as coming and getting me when car is finished. They provide outstanding work and never over charge for work not explained to you in advance. I trust Steve and Stacy for all of my vehicle repairs,and will not take my car anywhere else .I highly recommend them to everyone .***** ** ***************

The owner, Steve Basham, is a very experienced and knowledgeable ASE certified master technician. He runs a very good crew of skilled technicians who take great pride in their work. They fixed my cargo van quickly while keeping me informed and making sure the job was done right. I would recommend this business to anyone needing quality repairs or maintenance done to their vehicles.

I went to that car rapair plase, and boy, it was like a maze of roarin' engine magicians! They spoke in a mystreious talk of lugnuts and sparkplugs, but I'll be ding-danged if they didn't get my jalopy purrin' like a caffeinated cat on a pogo stick. The head mechancin with a backwards baseball hat, done some serious alchemy under the hood, and now my car runs smoother than a buttered up slide in a rainbow factory. It was all kinda confuzzlin', but at the end of the day, I droved off with a grin wider than a hot dog at a wiener circus. five stars, thank you steve n stacy!!!
