It’s 6:15 pm and they’re closed! Despite showing on Google Maps that they’re open till 8pm. Such a waste of my time.

I arrived at this store at 6:05 after driving over an hour to pick my business cards from this location. I called and spoke with the manager “there is nothing i can do”
I recommend doing your business any where else.
There’s a reason they are understaffed and can not keep employees.

Came here Saturday to do an amazon return they told me do to low staffing they only do amazon returns on weekdays. Came back monday at 11:15am magically they dont do amazon returns until 2pm today because of of low staffing. I saw 3 staff members each time with me and 1 other person in the store. And they were super rude about it! Unacceptable! It's a 40 min round trip for me each time I now have 80 mins in and still have to come back. Never shopping here

Arrived around 11:30 am on 4/20/24 only to see two other customers be turned away when trying to return an amazon purchase which is exactly why I was there. They also had this sign on the front door. There was NO ONE inside shopping and there were two employees over on the right side when you first walk in which is normally where you return items. Amazon has been pushing Staples as their return location which means Amazon is paying Staples for this service and they are turning customers away! Your sign says, "ship 7 days a week" so you should abide by that. I work from 12 pm - 8 pm M-F which means I cannot use your store as the return location for my items and now I have to pay to use USPS or FedEx. I'll never shop here again. Amazon needs to go back to using Kohl's for returns!

TSA PreCheck with Joel G. was breezier than an island vacation. I was finished in less than fifteen minutes; book your appointment with this location, 10/10 recommend.

Hardly EVER anyone in the store, but the staff has all the time in the world to be rude and condescending. I hate going there, and now only do so when I just have to have something now. They are FAR too expensive, and I can get all of it for far less on Amazon, all with 2 day delivery. Even 15 years ago, as a "secret shopper" Staples got very low marks in my report. Nothing has changed. I don't ever want to go back.

Purchased a IPad in the morning , said it could be picked up within and hour, got to this store and got nothing but a run around , customer service Justs kicks the can too, bottom line is, paid for the product, went to pick up, couldn’t get it because of staples sorry excuse of a system that is definitely broken.
