Everything was great, super clean, not exaggerating to say the staff was professional and excellent, and the breakfast food was plenty fine for what it is. I would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful location to stay. Very convenient to have a restaurant right next door to walk to, where the food was very good. The rooms were extremely nice and clean. Updated! The hotel smells very good and clean. The staff were so welcoming, friendly & helpful. The Continental breakfast outdid my expectations. I highly recommend you STAY... INN!

We enjoyed our stay because of the friendly staff, comfortable rooms and great breakfast options along with popcorn, cookies and coffee or tea when checking in and a pleasant soup bowl at 6:00 pm.

Best customer service ever! The gentleman at the front desk is very nice and welcoming and very helpful. The price was good. The room was very clean. This is the only place we will stay from now on when we visit Cross lanes.

i love this hotel, it’s basically the last type of budget/lower priced room thats still really nice that hardly exists anymore. Cookies and popcorn available in the evening. Vending machine has sundries, soda machine has coke zero and pibb xtra! very quiet location, no sketchy men hanging around. nice view of the river from some rooms. clean, tv works well with decent channels. filtered water bottle filler in the lobby. shower is hot and high pressure. some people are mentioning a pool and a security guard in their reviews— i think they have the wrong location

I stayed here with two other adults and it was an excellent, low key place. Everyone who worked there was nice and pleasant. The double bed was the same length as a queen or king, but as wide as a full. I'm 6'5" tall, and I most appreciated that, since my feet would have normally been hanging off the edge! It's just off the interstate and out of town, so not the best location for those visiting Charleston to explore the city. Breakfast was filling. I left my headphones there accidentally, and they mailed them back for me!

The old man security guard kept harassing me and my male friends for our phone numbers. He should be fired. Very disturbing behavior from a security Guard.

It checks the box for the three main things I look for in a hotel: 1. Low price 2. Cleanliness 3. Safety. Additionally, it’s in a great location next to the interstate, staff are friendly, it has free breakfast, and walls are thick enough to not hear guests in other rooms. Highly recommend this place!
