“Very friendly staff but I had gave them 3 packages to send out and 1 of them got sent out separately, the day after. I was returning something that was under warranty and the company wanted the equipment shipped in seperate boxes, the problem is I received the replacement the same way it got sent out. I had gotten 2 of 3 packages on Wednesday and the 3rd came on Thursday. It would have been nice to receive all 3 packages the same day instead of having to wait for the 3rd one to come in. Other than that, I have no complaints ?”
“This review is specifically for the Charleston, WV location on Greenbriar St. If Walter isn't at the top of the pay scale, he should be! He was so nice & helpful! And, although this location is further than other locations and in a mobile phone signal dead zone, I will definitely return to this location when my need to use FedEx arrises again.”

“Amazon return, with an ill fitting box for a larger item. All I had with me was a pic on my phone of the return QR code. “Brook” helped me, was patient with my QR search and scanned in, and said “they’d take it from there”. They did the packing, taping and labeling. Great service and kindness.”
