Fuelled up here on a road trip. The nozzle on the pump I used had a slow leak when being used. I ended up with a couple ounces of gasoline on the side of my car. After quickly cleaning off the spilled gas, I reported the fault to the two employees. One went out and looked but failed to understand what happpened (I don't think he understood that I cleaned the mess up already). Neither employee offered an apology nor did they agree to close the pump and submit a work ticket to get the pump fixed. I was incredibly dissatisfied with the level of apathy the two on-the-clock employees exuded.

If you're not going to make it right by me, at least make an effort to fix the issue so the next guy doesn't have to clean up the mess from a faulty pump.

I got gas here for work. Too pricy for personal fill-up. Will stop in for Big Gulp most visits.

The only thing they participate in is a $0.05 off per gallon that's it some of the employees or hard of hearing and don't know nothing besides that it's a great place

I received a shell gas- gift card from a family member and we were traveling from Greensboro NC to Lexington Ky ...so we start running low on fuel and begin looking for a shell gas station well guess what? There aren't any!!!!! Well a couple but they might as well not be there because they were closed. They have banker hours. Every place we stopped along the interstate, that had a gas station, was open 24hrs Except GUESS WHO???? THAT'S RIGHT SHELL! Open 9-5:30 when all others are open 24 not much good if you need gas at 3am I can't complain about any of the shell sites but and gift cards are nice, but make sure that the brand of gas Exists and is reasonably accessible along a given route. Like Exxon!!! There are a thousand of them between my point A to point B I never did find a shell gas station that was within a mile of my route that was open. 2 we're closed....as in out of business! And so far, when I think about using this damn gift card, Shell is usually on the wrong side of the street or the Windows are boarded up. It's the most aggravating thing relating to a gift card I have ever delt with.
